AnyChange FAQ

A few minutes are required to help register the homeless person with AnyChange and issue them with a debit card and their QR code. Beyond that, there is no charge or costs to the Organisation supporting the homeless person or to the homeless person themselves.

Our research shows that most homeless people (over 70%) do have a smartphone and internet access – please let us know if this is not your experience of the people your Organisation supports. However, in order to use the AnyChange service and their debit card there is no requirement for the homeless person to have a smartphone or access to the internet.

We have worked hard with the debit card issuer and the development team to ensure that the minimum of details are required for collection at registration and that the process is as quick and smooth as possible. The result is an unobtrusive registration process that typically takes only a few minutes to complete.

The debit card can be used in the normal way i.e. the funds that have been donated and loaded onto it can can be used to buy items from shops etc or withdrawn from cash points.

These events should be logged with us as soon as possible: https://anychange.org.uk/contact/
